It feels a little stupid writing this post whilst I've got the fan pointing in my face and a summer dress on, but it's never too early to start planning your fall wardrobe, and with the shops full of new seasonal collections, I wanted to bring together 21 autumn outfit ideas to give you some wardrobe inspiration.
I absolutely love autumn and winter. I'm definitely not a summer girl because I love to layer, I like to snuggle right down under the duvet and I want to make full use of my slow cooker to make hearty stews and gorgeous comfort food.
In terms of my autumn wardrobe, I really want to invest in a new leather jacket this season. I've also spotted a great denim jacket with a shearling collar in Matalan, which I might pick up this payday. I think I want to channel a Parisian vibe his season, which I've tried to capture in the images below, with roll necks, fur coats, classic staples such as the Breton top, floral dresses, neck ties and some YSL-inspired tailoring.
