INSTAGRAM ACCOUNTS THAT INSPIRE ALL AREAS OF MY LIFE

Whenever I'm interviewed in regards to this blog and where I gather my inspiration from, my first answer is Instagram. It used to be Pinterest, but I've fallen a little out of love with the scrap booking idea since everyone and their dog have started to add graphics to every single picture posted. Instagram, however, is a constant feed of gorgeousness, especially as I've been very keen lately on only following accounts I feel inspired by, and not just following someone back because they follow me. If you're following for a follow back then gurl, you just came to the wrong account.

If you’re anything like me, and if you're here reading this then I'm guessing you are, I gathered you might also be looking for a little Instagram inspiration so I've brought together the six accounts I feel really inspire all areas of my life on a day to day basis. I'm hoping they might do the same for you.

Starting with Catherine Heraghty of @the_stables_. An Australian interior stylist, her home decor pictures are utterly beautiful, and her feed is a mix of off-white, blues and delicate pinks. Every picture makes me want to change the whole aesthetics of my house, especially the relaxed tones of the bedroom. I don't what filter she uses over her pics but they are absolutely stunning.

Next up we have the gorgeous Monica Beatrice Welburn, founder of The Elgin Avenue. When I'm feeling a little lost or looking for general lifestyle inspiration, I'll head to Monica's Instagram (@monicabeatrice), knowing that in some way or another my mind will realign with whatever I'm looking for. From outfit inspiration, to beautiful home decor, there really is a host of swoon worthy images designed to uplift, inform or make you realise you're not alone with how you're feeling. Monica has recently expanded into the Podcast world with best friend Ella Gregory of Coco's Tea Party, so be sure to check out their latest edition of Let's Discuss right here.

Fashion and travel blogger Hannah Gale was a name I'd seen pop up on Twitter time and time again, but I'd never really checked out her Instagram. That was until she popped up on my Discovery page and I instantly fell in love with her natural, yet stylish #OOTD posts. Her wardrobe is inspiring yet attainable - the best kind of blogger if you ask me. I mean, just take a look at that pink ASOS bag above! You can follow Hannah over at @HannahfGale and if you've fallen in love with that bag as much as I have, you can buy that right here too

Since deciding to lead a refined sugar free diet, I've been looking for inspiration to tease my taste buds. That's when I came across Virpi Mikkonen aka @Vanelja. Author of It's a Pleasure (see my homemade chocolate recipe from the book here), Virpi describes herself as a pure pleasures and healthy treats recipe artist. And artist she is. Her Instagram feed is simply stunning, with hand drawn illustrations over the sugar free, gluten free and dairy free delights. She really has made the change to a sugar free life so much more inspiring and tasty.

I'm pretty useless when it comes to beauty and only ever really go off recommendations of my favourite bloggers when buying new products. One blogger I always trust is Rebecca of @fromrosesxo. Her light and relaxed photography is perfect, and it's fair to say she knows how to create a winning flatlay. Plus, I'm a sucker for pretty packaging and Rebecca's reviews always showcase the prettiest designs. Oh, and she has the cutest Westie called Bella, who often pops up on her Instagram.

Finally, when I need to get my sh!t together in regards to running my business, Career Girl Daily is the ultimate Instagram. With non-cringe quotes, profiles of kick ass female entrepreneurs and inspirational pictures, this Instagram is a must have if you're a goal digger like me. Go check out the team at @CareerGirlDaily and with updates throughout the day, this is one feed you need.

What do you think to my six Instagram accounts to inspire all areas of life? Are there any here which you haven't discovered before? I'd love to know if there are any 'grammers you think I should check out (especially if it's yourself!), so leave links below for me and I'll make sure I visit.

  1. I've just got the hang of Pinterest so feel really late to the party if you're moving away from it! Ha!
Instagram is great for inspo though. Not to play the follow/unfollow 'game', but I have recently unfollowed a few people and followed new people, as my tastes/what I like/and the fact I was just being nice following some back happened. I'd follow everyone, but feel I've been missing a lot of what I like and people I like recently, with the changes.
Love all the accounts you've chosen above. I follow a couple myself, but will definitely check the others out. I totally take your word for who to follow, since you brought Ashley Brooke into my life! Forever goals in everything right there!
