In my never ending search for interior design inspiration, I often come across reoccurring trends that I struggle to forget. Today's inspiration post is exactly that. Ever since I become obsessed with the work of interior stylist Emily Henderson, I've been partial to the combination of blue, white and wood within the home - a regular feature within Henderson's portfolio of work.
There's something to light and fresh about this colour combination, and although personally, I'd steer away from anything too "coastal" inspired, the use of plant life and bohemian styling can add a much more eclectic feel to the space.
Today I'm sharing some of my favourite blue, white and wooden rooms. If you feel inspired to create a similar look yourself, then I've even gone to the trouble of picking a few of my favourite bits from the high street to you can buy right now.
The key to creating a similar look to this is to search for natural textures such as wood, rattan, wicker and greenery, all the while teaming it with warm shades of blue and white. Furniture doesn't have to be matchy-matchy, especially if you're aiming for that more bohemian vibe - consider homemade or second hand furniture to retain that relaxed look.

Is this a look you'd try in your own house? It's definitely a good way to open up the space and make it feel a lot lighter.
Oh, I love this look. I think it's closest to what we have in our home, but I think we could work on unifying things a bit. So much inspiration here!
