TWO INGREDIENTS CLEAN PANCAKE RECIPE

TWO INGREDIENTS CLEAN PANCAKE RECIPE

This is such an easy, tasty, recipe to make I couldn't not share it with you. Enter my super clean banana pancakes. I discovered this little gem when I was looking for health and fitness volggers to follow over on Youtube (more on that tomorrow) and with only two ingredients required, it really is the simplest Sunday morning breakfast to set you up for the day.

All you need are two eggs and a banana. Seriously.

I very rarely use oil now so in a pan I warm up some coconut balm over a medium heat. Mix together the eggs and banana in a jug with a hand blender and pour into the pan. I add a tiny bit of vanilla essence to mine but if you don't have any that really doesn't matter.

The mixture should make three pancakes in total and it doesn't take long for them to cook. Just make sure the pan isn't too hot or they will burn straight away - this is why my first attempt went in the bin.

Once cooked, I added a mix of berries as one of my two portions of fruit for the day. This was such a quick and easy breakfast and I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. If you wanted to add protein powder to yours you certainly could. And a little tip - if you're looking for a well priced but tasty coconut balm/oil then head to Aldi (a supermarket here in the UK) which has it for less than £2.

Have a great Sunday guys and I'll be back tomorrow with another fitness/health post. I'll apologise in advance if this isn't your thing. but don't worry I'll be back with more interior posts pretty soon.

    1. Me too lovely :) I'm trying to just make some small changes instead of going in full throttle like I usually do and then feeling like I've failed if I eat something "naughty" xxx

  4. I love these too - I always find mine fall apart but I normally mash the bananas by hand so will give it a go with a blender.
I am loving Aldi's cocloco too - my other half works there and I was so excited when he told me they were going to stock it!
