I'm guessing as it's Monday, healthy eating might be on your mind. I know it is mine. So today I decided to put together 30 snack ideas which are super tasty but won't pile on the pounds. Most are under 150 calories which is great for those moments when you really, really need to eat something tasty but don't want to break the scales.
Most of these are easy-to-prep little additions to your lunch box to take to work, or are a great alternative to evening snacking on crisps and sweets - if, like me, you always finish your meal with some kind of sugar hit then you'll love the first recipe below.
