One of the things on my 31 List is to get a tattoo. I've wanted one for about two years, deciding on and off what I actually want. I really like the space on my left hand side on my ribs - see above. I've been told that this is one of the most painful places to get it done, but I love how they look. And to be honest that's all it's about.
I wouldn't be looking to get something massively meaningful, I wish I could say I was, but I just love how pretty delicate, illustration-like tattoos look. I've got 11 months to get booked in and get it done before my 31st year is over so I've been gathering inspiration recently. I love the idea of two crossed arrows, with a heart in there somewhere, to signify love and friendship. It's just about getting the courage to finally have it done.

I love these- I wanted to get a second one but also cant decide... I've found my appetite is sated by using temporary tattoos- you can get some really good ones now and you can try out different placements on your body without the commitment or the pain.
